Are you a seasoned Account Manager in the cybersecurity sector with a specialty in Penetration Testing? Confident in growing client relationships and driving revenue within a technical consultancy setting? This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded penetration testing consultancy, supporting a portfolio of clients while identifying new opportunities for growth.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients within cyber security, with a focus on penetration testing and consultancy services.
* Building strong, lasting relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders.
* Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
* Supporting new business conversations alongside managing existing accounts.
* Acting as the voice of the customer within the consultancy, ensuring excellent service delivery and proactive account development.
* Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools (Salesforce experience ideal).
* Staying close to industry trends and developments to guide clients toward the right solutions.
What we’re looking for
* At least 5 years’ experience in account management within the cyber security industry.
* Strong track record in selling services such as penetration testing, incident response, or security consulting.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at both technical and executive levels.
* Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup.
* A proactive, consultative approach to sales and client engagement.
