15 hours per week, flexible two days per week.

Job Description
We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in‑house clinical team at Bankside College school. Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will hold a speech and language therapy caseload, with support from your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, and contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
Responsibilities
* Deliver assessment and intervention within the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.
* Hold and manage a caseload of pupils with complex communication profiles.
* Support staff training and consultation as part of the multidisciplinary team.
* Contribute to safeguarding and quality improvement initiatives.
* Participate in research projects, special interest groups and the wider SaLT network.
Essential Criteria
* BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent.
* HCPC registered.
* 1–2 years experience working as a fully registered member of the RCSLT in a similar setting.
* Experience with complex and diverse communication profiles.
* Knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma‑informed practice.
* Experience working within multidisciplinary settings and with families.
* Strong relationship‑building, analytical and judgement skills.
* Effective communication (oral and written) and time‑management.
* Knowledge of SaLT practice and RCSLT communication standards.
* Understanding of legislation and its implications for clinical practice.
* Willingness to attend training and progress to further qualifications.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
