Role
Parts Telesales Advisor – East Region. Based from our Chiltern Depot (Dunstable) and reporting to our Regional Parts Manager, you will proactively be looking for new HGV/LCV parts customers and growing existing customers’ parts sales for our eastern depots: Chiltern; Felixstowe, Kent, Reading and West Thurrock. This role comes with a base salary of £35,000 and a healthy KPI‑driven commission scheme, Monday‑Friday 40 hours.

* IT literate to work within company processes and systems
Duties
* Answer calls with the highest level of customer service
* Prospect current and potential parts customers, providing information on the company’s goods, services and current promotions
* Liaise with Aftersales Executives, introducing them to potential account customers
* Discuss the use and features of various parts with customers
* Produce parts quotations for customers
* Process parts orders in line with company processes
* Liaise with depot parts team to ensure customer expectations are met
* Liaise with depots to deal with any return or refund requests
* Ensure that credits are properly and accurately raised for goods returned, if applicable
* Discuss any service/stock concerns with Dealerpoint Managers
* Assist with stock counts in depots when required
* Achieve sales targets set by Head of Aftermarket
