Requirements
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, able to build rapport with students, resilient, flexible, and quick-thinking to adapt to challenging situations. Candidates should have relevant experience within the last 2 years, with professional, performance-based references. Training in Team Teach is preferred; Vision offers free training for successful candidates.
The Role
This role involves supporting young people and children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties in a school setting in Wakefield. Initially, employment is through Vision for Education on a daily rate, with a high likelihood of contract offer after 12 weeks for suitable candidates. Candidates should be prepared to complete necessary training before starting. Hours are from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with immediate start available.
