We are recruiting on behalf of a not-for-profit organisation in West London, seeking a proactive and collaborative People Partner to join their central team.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate People Services while playing a key role in driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
Youâll partner closely with colleagues across the central team and wider network, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach to people practices while contributing to the development and delivery of the next D&I strategy.
đ About the role
In this role, you will:
⢠Support key people processes, providing guidance, coaching and constructive challenge
⢠Help design and deliver the organisationâs next Diversity & Inclusion strategy
⢠Use data to identify D&I trends and inform improvement initiatives
⢠Collaborate with the Professional Development team to create bespoke D&I training
⢠Stay up to date with equality legislation and best practice, advising on impacts and required changes
⢠Provide guidance on change management, restructures and succession planning
⢠Support or lead project work aligned with organisational plans and priorities
â Essential Experience
Weâre looking for someone who brings:
⢠A strong track record as a Business Partner, with excellent relationship-management skills at all levels
⢠Experience in an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion role with up-to-date knowledge of best practice and employment legislation
⢠Experience leading change programmes, including TUPE
⢠Experience designing and delivering organisational design programmes
