Key responsibilities:
1. Overall responsibility for an annual ecommerce sales budget - forecasting, strategically planning and delivering the required sales.
2. Plan and deliver a structured calendar of online campaigns to maximise consumer sales of Roberson’s portfolio.
3. Develop targeted, multi-platform marketing strategies focused on our specialist regions, leveraging knowledge of current trends within our demographic to enhance market penetration.
4. Working with Roberson’s buying and logistics team, ensure the Roberson consumer website is kept up to date, accurate, content rich and ever evolving.
5. Plan and deliver consumer-focused tasting events hosted on-site in our London Cru winery.
6. Grow the Roberson mailing list and Wine Club using your digital marketing skills and wine knowledge.
7. Work with developers and other 3rd parties to plan, analyse and report on Google Analytics/Paid Search etc.
Skillsets/profile:
8. WSET qualified wine knowledge.
9. Experience with Google Analytics/Paid Search.
10. Sales driven & analytical.
11. Self-starting, able to prioritise and structure a working week.
12. A great attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
13. Systems experience, skilled in Microsoft Business Central (Bevica), Adobe, Canva etc.
