Taskmaster Resourcing Ltd are currently looking for a reliable and organisedWeighbridge Administratorto join a busy site environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, coordination, and being at the heart of daily operations.
The Role
Youll be the control tower of the site, managing vehicle movements, handling weighbridge operations, and ensuring everything runs safely and smoothly.
Working hours
Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
Pay- £13.32
Key Responsibilities
* Weigh vehicles in and out using site systems
* Control and manage all traffic entering and exiting site
* Ensure all drivers are inducted before accessing site
* Liaise with site staff, loaders, and management to coordinate vehicle movement
* Book and manage logistics jobs, ensuring completion
* Complete relevant paperwork (including Annex VII for exports)
* Monitor and report on KPIs and site performance
* Provide weight feedback to maximise loads
* Manage subcontractor haulage and maintain strong communication
* Update asset boards and assign daily jobs
* Report issues to site management and support operational improvements
What Were Looking For
* Previous weighbridge experience (desirable but not essential)
* Strong admin skills with good attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* SAP/Prisma knowledge (advantageous)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good problem solving skills and ability to prioritise workload
* A proactive and adaptable approach
