* Proven experience working as a Service Designer within multidisciplinary teams
* Strong experience with service mapping, journey mapping, and service blueprinting
* Experience applying user-centred design methods
* Ability to work closely with product, delivery, and technical teams
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* GDS experience
