Overview
The Business Analyst will support the Central Business Office by analysing complex data, managing SAP orders, driving process improvements, and providing project support. The role requires strong IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Data Analysis & Systems: Interrogate complex data using JLR-specific systems and software; Utilise intermediate/expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
* Process & Project Support: Identify and implement process improvements; Act as the initial point of contact for support requests and issue resolution; Assist with meetings, metrics tracking, and feedback management.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Raise SAP orders, track costs, and report on project status/alignment; Liaise with internal/external engineering teams and stakeholders.
* Administrative & Operational Tasks: Prioritise workload with minimal supervision; Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
* Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Experience with SAP systems.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong numeracy, organisational skills, and attention to detail; Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
* Experience & Qualifications: Customer-facing experience with ability to manage multiple demands; Proven track record in process improvement and report/metrics generation; Experience in a financial role or environment (preferred but not mandatory).
