At TT Electronics, we’re looking for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates to join our Commercial Graduate Programme – a brand-new, two-year scheme designed to accelerate your development and set you up for a meaningful, long-term career in business development and sales. The programme is based at our manufacturing facility in Barnstaple, Devon, and starts in September 2026. It offers hands‑on experience in inside sales, customer account management, bid preparation, and new business development. Upon completion, graduates can progress into a permanent role.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
* Gain hands‑on experience in inside sales and customer account management.
* Learn how to use our CRM to manage opportunities and insights.
* Contribute to the monthly reporting cycle and develop market awareness through regional workshops and collaboration.
* Assist in bid preparation and, as confidence grows, take ownership of opportunities within the new business sales funnel.
* Complete a structured two‑year rotation program across inside sales and new business development.
* Progress into a permanent role at TT Electronics upon successful completion of the scheme.

Requirements
* Must hold a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) certification.
* Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom – TT Electronics is unable to sponsor work visas for this role.

* Successful candidates must pass a pre‑employment Drug and Alcohol Screening.
