Position: Regional Sales Director / Operations Director
You will oversee approximately £80 million P&L across the North-West of England, demonstrating collaborative leadership and strategic awareness with a balanced sales and operations background.
Salary: £110,000 - £130,000 + 30% STIP

Job Description
As a Regional Sales and Operations Director, you will steer the operational and strategic direction of your region, ensuring smooth operations and driving growth. We seek a dynamic leader with strong commercial acumen capable of implementing strategies, leading process improvements, and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage commercial operations for 4-6 depots, circa £80 million P&L, with £30 million EBITDA, leading teams focused on operations and sales.
2. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 7-10 direct and indirect reports, emphasizing people development and succession planning.
3. Implement sales strategies to achieve profitable growth with key clients, including major construction contractors.
4. Promote a safety-first culture, leading transformational initiatives focused on safety, quality, service, cost, and delivery.
5. Operate in a high-performance environment with high expectations from our private equity investors, recognizing the pace and pressure involved.
Person Specification
Alignment with our values—ownership, accountability, results-driven, safety-first—is essential. You should demonstrate:
* Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or similar sector, such as construction, food, automotive, or pharmaceuticals, preferably within larger corporations.
* Leadership of 5-10 direct and over 60 indirect team members.
* A visible, approachable management style with strong knowledge and accountability.
* Control of a £20 million+ P&L with a focus on profitable growth.
* Experience with continuous improvement, transformational change, and M&A integration.
