Qualified Electrician - Renewable Energy / Solar PV (Reading)

The Role
You will play a key part in delivering renewable energy solutions, including solar PV systems, working across domestic and/or commercial sites in and arround Leamington Spa.
Responsibilities
* Install, test, and commission solar PV systems
* Work confidently with AC/DC circuits, inverters, isolators, and remote monitoring systems
* Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
* Diagnose faults and perform repairs or maintenance as needed
* Ensure compliance with UK building regs and DNO (Distribution Network Operator) requirements
* Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, risk assessments, and RAMS
* Report any unsafe appliances, installations, or practices
* Operate tools and equipment safely and correctly
* Travel regionally (or nationally if required)
* Work occasional overtime or weekends when necessary
Requirements
* Completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship or hold appropriate full electrical qualifications (Essential)
* 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations qualification (Essential)
* ECS Gold Card (Essential)
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
