Robert Half are recruiting for a commercially focused Management Accountant to join a growing business in South Leeds.
Responsibilities:
1. Own the full month-end process - P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
2. Deliver clear, insightful variance analysis and commentary
3. Manage accruals, prepayments and balance sheet integrity
4. Maintain fixed asset register and oversee capex tracking
5. Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
6. Assist with audit, VAT returns, payroll and commissions
7. Identify and drive process improvements across finance
Requirements:
8. Part-qualified / qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
9. Strong technical grounding in management accounts
10. Experience in analysis, reporting and business partnering
11. Advanced Excel and confident with finance systems
12. Commercially minded, proactive and detail-focused
