Key Responsibilities for Cleaner Caretaker:
* To support the running of the Tolly Hub, ensuring it is clean, welcoming and safe.
* To support with keyholding planned around bookings and ensuring our customers have a great experience.
* Ensure that the hub is opened for hirers at the agreed times and that the building is secure afterwards.
* Use initiative, ensuring the hub is clean, tidy and safe for hirers.
* Carry out specific cleaning as instructed by your line manager.
* Advise your line manager of restocking requirements for cleaning products monthly.
* Liaise with hub managers and the maintenance team to report anything broken or not working safely/correctly.
* To be able to rectify small maintenance faults, such as changing light bulbs, fuses, batteries.
* Set up furniture and equipment for groups where required.
* Complete daily, weekly, monthly Health and Safety Checks in the building (training given).
* Welcome visitors to the hub as they arrive and deal with any queries they may have.
* Be personable and able to communicate with customers.
This role may require weekend and evening working to suit the needs of the Hub. Flexibility is key to this role.
