Assisting the Senior E-Commerce Executive, the role works alongside our buying office, customer service team and marketing department to sell our products online. The role involves product photography and optimising product listings managed on the Celtic Online Store. Key accountabilities will include: Using Shopify 2 and R3 product management system to manage product listings on the Celtic Online Store Capturing and editing photos to a professional and consistent standard, along with assisting external partners Work with internal marketing and social media teams to maximise returns from acquisition and retention activity including Email, SMS and Social Media Support the review of other acquisition activity including PPC, Google Shopping, Affiliates and Remarketing Support the upkeep of marketing calendars for promotions and offers Support the management of alternative shopping channels including but not limited to Meta Commerce Manager Responsibility for carrying out keyword analysis and optimising product titles and descriptions on the website for both SEO and on-site search Raising support tickets with both Shopify and Development support teams as and when required Review the website on a continual basis to always ensure consistency and accuracy Liaise with Buying team and suppliers to ensure size guides are kept up-to-date and consistent Build strong working relationships across the business with Marketing, Multi Media and Retail Monitor peers & competitors and provide recommendations to ensure the Celtic Online Store has maximum market share Monitor daily orders for troubleshooting and opportunities as well as direct dispatches Support during internal and external photoshoots for model photography Flexibility to assist the warehouse and customer service teams during peak trading Product content for all web channels, including images, product descriptions, short video and ad copy Skills and Experience required: Essential Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of Shopify Excellent organisational skills and problem solving Good numerical and analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics Good copywriting skills for product descriptions and marketing communications Experience of creating content and/or managing social media channels Experience of photography and image processing, preferably Photoshop/Bridge/Lightroom/OneCapture Ability to build relationships quickly and to work collaboratively Ability to use own initiative.
