We are looking to recruit a Reactive Mobile Cleaner to cover a portfolio of sites around the Luton, Bedfordshire area for our prestigious Social Housing customer.
* 37.5 hours a week
* 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
* £12.21 per hour
* UK Manual driving license essential, a company vehicle will be provided
What are we looking for?
* Professional cleaning experience is essential
* Full clean manual UK driving licence is required, but a vehicle is provided
* IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
Responsibilities:
* Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
* Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
* Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
* Hoovering of carpeted areas
* Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
* Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
* Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
* Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
