IT Support Analyst Information Technology Full Time (35 hours per week), Permanent Starting salary £29,686 per annum We are: seeking a IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff and students across a broad range of technologies and services within a modern Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure environment, supporting a unique creative and performance-led organisation. You are: someone with experience in a customer-facing IT support role who is organised, adaptable, and able to take ownership of tasks in a busy and varied environment supporting approximately 4000 users and 550 devices across multiple sites. You will: undertake a central role within the team, with responsibilities including providing first and second line IT support to staff and students, managing user accounts and access (Joiners, Movers, Leavers), testing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware, deploying and supporting staff and student desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, recording, updating, and resolving support requests through the service desk, producing clear and useful technical documentation and supporting ongoing IT projects and contributing to service improvements You must have: a HND in an IT related field or equivalent experience. Experience working in a customer-facing IT helpdesk or support role, experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, experience managing user accounts in Active Directory and/or Entra ID, good understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, basic understanding of networking concepts and technologies, excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload and work effectively as part of a small team Closing Date: Tuesday, 5th May 2026
