Location:Head office, Newbury.

Hours: 35 hours per week.Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8.30am - 12.30pm.

Interviews: 90-minuteinterview held in our head office in Newbury. We aim to interview successful applicants within 10 working days.Feedback will be provided regardless of the outcome. We reserve the right to close this vacancy at any point.

You’ll be given the opportunity to start or develop your IT career and broaden your knowledge and experience. We’ll provide you with a comprehensive training programme to enable you to get up to speed with our systems and processes.


What you will be doing?

Respond to requests made through the Service Desk and over the phone by user.

Perform user administration tasks such as the setup of new starters and removing access from leavers.

Support the businesses IT requirements.


Essential skills and experience:

Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills to effectively meet deadlines and adapt to change.

Experience of working with internal and/or externalcustomers to ensure the highest quality service experience.

Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Enthusiasm to work in IT and develop a career in IT support.

Competent in the use of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365.

Experience as a First-Line IT Support Analyst.

Experience with Active Directory user management.

Knowledge of IT and cyber security principles.

Knowledge of Wincdows operating system deployment.

Driving licence.


Desirable skills and experience:

Experience of working within a regulated financial services environment.

*The salary offered is dependent on evidence of key competencies and skills you currently have.
