As a PMO Analyst, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future. The role: As a PMO Analyst, you will help drive our goals by: Supporting delivery of programmes and projects through consistent governance, reporting and coordination Maintaining and improving PMO processes, tools, templates and standards Tracking and analysing project data to produce insights and recommendations Ensuring project controls are effectively applied including RAID, planning and change management Preparing accurate reports, dashboards and governance papers Providing administrative and logistical support for key meetings and events Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: Experience working within a PMO in a project, programme or portfolio environment Strong knowledge of governance, planning, PMO methodologies and delivery standards Ability to produce accurate, insightful reporting and dashboards Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Analytical mindset, confident working with metrics and portfolio tools Experience supporting teams in fast-paced, complex, multi-stakeholder environments Even if you only match some of the skills, we’d love to hear from you to discuss further!
