Senior Category Manager
Salary: £65,000 to £80,000

A bit about the job:
The purpose of this role is to maximise value through the end-to-end commercial management of Aviva’s key suppliers and associated third party spend, focusing on driving performance and commercial benefit from the supply chain.
You will work towards agreed commercial targets for the category, including delivery of sustainable cost reductions and also be accountable for the strategy and management of all relevant category or sub-category spend to influence business stakeholders.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Deep knowledge and experience of Category Management across Property and Hard Facilities Management.
* Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills and a track record of influencing internal stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience of leading and managing sourcing processes with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Confident in engaging with and influencing external suppliers to optimise spend.
What you’ll get for this role:
* Annual salary: £50,000 to £80,000 (skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Bonus opportunity of 12% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s)
