We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Specialist for an innovative AI startup who can navigate the intersection of client relationships and modern web architecture. You will be the primary guide for customers as they integrate an innovative AI platform into their existing ecosystems. While you wont be building the core codebase, you need a strong appreciation for how technical applications function so you can provide world-class onboarding and troubleshooting. What You'll Be Doing Lead the onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring AI agents are successfully integrated into their web applications and workflows. Act as the lead for technical queries, helping customers navigate their onboarding successfully. Orchestrate the flow of all technical requests, ensuring every task is triaged, tracked, and moved toward a resolution. Identify the root of a customers issue to solve configuration hurdles on the spot, while knowing exactly when to gather the right data to escalate a bug to the Engineering team. Consult with clients on how to best align AI capabilities with their existing tech stack to drive long-term value. Who You Are You are a natural communicator and customer advocate who thrives on problem-solving, with the ability to turn complex technical challenges into clear, positive outcomes for customers. You have a strong technical intuition and a solid understanding of web environments, ideally how Node.js and React applications interact with AI Agents. You are a workflow enthusiast who enjoys using tools to stay organized and keep stakeholders informed. You can translate "developer speak" into clear business value for stakeholders, and vice versa. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys digging into the why behind a technical challenge before passing it up the chain. Able to work on a hybrid basis from a central Leeds office.
