Salary: £28,080.00 per annum (£14.40 per hour) plus benefits

What You’ll Need
* Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
* Previous senior experience in a care/support setting
* A valid manual UK driving licence
* The legal right to live and work in the UK

* Supporting daily routines – from morning support to bedtime
* Planning fun, person‑centred activities that boost wellbeing
* Contributing to tailored support plans
* Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
* Keeping accurate support notes – every detail matters
Who You’ll Be Supporting
Fiennes House is a 12‑bed purpose‑built residential home for adults with complex care needs, learning disabilities or autism, some of whom have behaviour that can challenge. Everyone benefits from having access to a large sensory room with equipment to stimulate their senses using lights, sounds, music and touch, including a heated waterbed and materials to help people enjoy different sensory experiences.
The people we support are a very active group who spend a lot of time getting out and about and engaging with the local community. They enjoy activities such as art classes, trampolining, playing music, gardening in the sensory garden and spending time in the community.
