Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Redhill (covering the South Coast, minimal London travel)
Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
Were recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to work across a commercial portfolio based out of Redhill, primarily covering the South Coast with occasional travel into London. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys a varied workload, combining AC maintenance with small refrigeration units commonly found in pubs, bars, restaurants, and cellar environments.
Youll be joining a well-established business with a stable client base, sensible regional coverage, and strong earning potential.
The Role
* Planned preventative and reactive maintenance across commercial sites
* Service, fault-find, and repair air conditioning systems
* Work on small commercial refrigeration equipment, including cellar cooling and under-counter units
* Attend breakdowns and carry out repairs in line with F-Gas and industry standards
* Complete job reports and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
* Cover a manageable regional patch across the South Coast, with limited London travel

About You
* Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer with valid F-Gas certification
* Experience working on commercial AC systems (split systems, VRV/VRF, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with small refrigeration systems (pubs, cellars, hospitality environments)
* Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Able to work independently and manage your own workload
