About the Role
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Supply Primary Teachers to support primary schools across Worthing and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexibility, variety, or a better work–life balance while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
* Follow lesson plans and maintain continuity of learning.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN.
* Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
* Uphold safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
You will:
* Hold QTS (ECTs welcome to apply).
* Have experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* Be confident, adaptable, and able to build rapport quickly.
* Have strong classroom management skills.
* Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
