Main Duties:
This role is for a position in a Class 1000 Clean Room and the successful applicant must be clean shaven and face fitted to wear face masks for PPE purposes.
* Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
* Monitor process parameters and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and consistency
* Collect and analyse data from production runs to identify trends or issues that may impact process performance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control records
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a process technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable
* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
* Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm
5 weeks annual leave per annum plus bank holidays
