Job Summary
We are looking for reliable Seniors to work as part of an efficient team and to contribute to the smooth running of the Home based in Ellington, Cambridgeshire. As a Senior your role will include:
* Providing senior support to staff team
* Formulating care plans for residents and reviewing care plans on a monthly basis
* Ensuring the provision of health care arrangements which may include ordering, recording and where appropriate the administration of prescribed medication
* Assisting residents with daily care, including medication.
* Promoting dignity, choice and respect.
* A Senior should have the following skills:
* Experience of working in a care setting with vulnerable people
* Hold an NVQ 2 or above in Health and Social Care, or be willing to study towards this.
* Demonstrate good leadership
* You will also be required to undergo training as part of working in a Care Home
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
