As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes and supporting both day-to-day production and strategic projects. Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:
* Design and implement efficient, cost-effective manufacturing methods and processes.
* Support production with tooling, fixtures, and process improvements to ensure Right First Time standards.
* Manage quality control documentation and compliance with industry regulations.
* Analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement.
* Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve production challenges.
What Youll Need:
1. Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
2. Background in aerospace manufacturing, ideally in welding, fabrication, or metal forming.
