<div><h3>Join Our Registry Team as an Exams/Data & Assessment Officer</h3><p>We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven <b>Exams/Data & Assessment Officer</b> to play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery, integrity, and quality of assessments across our academic programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with academic and professional services colleagues.</p><p>In this role, you will oversee the full assessment lifecycle, from assignment brief moderation, scheduling, and submissions management, through to exam administration, marking processes, mitigating circumstances, and coordination of internal and external assessment boards.</p><p>If you are analytical, confident working with data, and committed to ensuring an excellent student experience, we would love to hear from you.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Assessment Planning & Scheduling</h3><ul><li>Develop and publish annual assessment schedules</li><li>Prepare and upload assignment briefs and documentation to the VLE</li><li>Ensure alignment with module specifications and awarding body requirements</li></ul><h3>Submission & Marking Processes</h3><ul><li>Monitor assignment submissions via Turnitin/VLE</li><li>Coordinate marking and moderation processes in line with timelines</li><li>Track non-submissions and liaise with student support teams</li></ul><h3>Assessment Boards</h3><ul><li>Prepare agendas, marksheets, and documentation for assessment boards</li><li>Liaise with external examiners and awarding bodies</li><li>Record minutes and ensure follow‑up actions are completed</li></ul><h3>Examinations & Presentations</h3><ul><li>Support the delivery of examinations in compliance with College policies</li><li>Ensure correct documentation and processes are followed for assessments</li></ul><h3>Academic Integrity</h3><ul><li>Support processes relating to academic misconduct investigations</li><li>Maintain accurate records of academic offences</li><li>Process extension requests and supporting evidence</li><li>Apply policies fairly and consistently</li><li>Communicate outcomes clearly to students and staff</li></ul><h3>Compliance & Policy</h3><ul><li>Ensure assessment policies are applied consistently and transparently</li><li>Maintain accurate student assessment records</li><li>Support periodic policy reviews and updates</li></ul><h3>Equal Opportunity</h3><ul><li>Christ the Redeemer College is a values‑led institution informed by Christian ethos.
