NHS Highland is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to work in the ITR (Investigation and Treatment Room) within the RNI Community Hospital. This is a band 3 post 37 hours a week worked over 5 days.
The preferred candidate must have good general education, extensive administration experience preferably within a health care setting, Track Care experience would be preferable but not essential.
As part of a small team, ensuring the smooth running of the Inverness ITR office and assisting the Team Leader with efficient and effective service delivery.
Allocating appointments on Trackcare in response to Formstream referrals from all other departments.
Provide receptionist and telephonist duties for the Inverness ITR office ensuring that all callers and visitors are treated courteously and any issues or problems they raise are resolved satisfactorily.
To develop and administer effective systems for data collection and analysis as required.
