The What...
As a Team Member for Hollywood Bowl Group, you will be at the heart of the customer experience! No two shifts are the same; you might be welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties on the lanes, or serving food and drinks from our bar and diner. Your professional and engaging customer service, combined with your high energy and infectious enthusiasm, will ensure our customers have an enjoyable and value-for-money experience every visit.
Our fast-paced, dynamic environment requires Team Members to be trained across all key areas of the centre, enabling you to support and add value at every stage of the customer journey. You may also be required to work in the kitchen.
Opening Hours And Shift Patterns
Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9 am to midnight. The busiest times are evenings, weekends, and public school holidays, which is when we usually need availability from applicants.
Here is an overview of the typical shift patterns, from Monday to Sunday:
* Weekday AM shifts: 09:00 - 17:00
* Weekday PM shifts: 17:00 - 00:00
* Weekend AM shifts: 09:00 - 18:00
* Weekend PM shifts: 16:00 - 01:00
*Opening times and shift patterns vary by centre. Your specific hours can be found online, and shift details will be confirmed at interview. Team Members under 18 may be expected to work until midnight but no later.
You will receive a thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including access to apprenticeship and management training programs, to support your success and career growth.
