Our family friendly working hours range between 8:00-18:00 Monday to Friday. Saturday working between 8:00-14:00 once every 4 weeks (No late nights or Sundays).
We are looking for both new and experienced customer service advisors to join our growing team at Foundever Maxim on a full time permanent contract
The Role

Do to expansion we have an exciting new opportunity at our Maxim site, we are looking to add experienced Complaints Advisors to our team on one of the six largest energy companies operating in the UK.
The role entails customer contact regarding a number of topics which our agents provide support for;
1. Billing enquiries
2. Offer Smart meter upgrades
3. Change of tenancies
4. Appointment bookings
5. Complaint handling
As well as a variety of other queries.
This is a phone based role, involving inbound and outbound calls, with other back office tasks involving emailing and sending letters.

7. Pay- £23,809.50 per year
8. Contract- Permanent/Full Time

About You
What we need from you in order to be successful?
12. A willingness to learn new skills
13. Be resilient when dealing with more challenging customers. But polite at the same time.
14. Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people
15. A willingness to work with customers and solve their problems
16. Previous utilities experience (desirable but not essential)
