Classroom Assistant (SEN) Crowborough Monday – Friday 08:30am – 03:30pm £89 daily Do you have a care background and want to support children thrive within education? Do you have transferable skills which would be helpful in a classroom environment? The Role: * working with students 1:1 or delivering sessions with small groups of students * taking children on local trips and visits * engage with students who struggle socially, promoting lesson involvement * managing heightened behaviours and keeping children safe * Promoting good behaviour practise * celebrating success with students, teachers and other relevant parties * Be part of therapy sessions or reflecting on difficult periods The School: We are working with a fantastic all through SEN (special educational needs) school in the Crowborough area.
