Main duties of the job
* Ensure the Booking Office Team provides a full appointment and reception service for Outpatient Clinics.
* Ensure the day to day organisation of outpatient clinics.
* Ensure there is a well‑trained workforce.
* Support the Medical Records Manager and Deputy Manager.
* Excellent keyboard, customer care and communication skills are required for this role.
