TClarke Manchester are recruiting for a site Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract of 18 months.
Requirements:
1. Secretarial and/or administrative experience
2. Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
3. Highly organised and able to work on own initiative.
4. Strong communicator
5. Excellent team working skills, and able to build relationships at all levels.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales.
7. Very strong customer focus
8. Experience of working in Construction Industry desirable
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
9. Support site teams by carrying out a full range of administration duties.
10. Ensure correct working procedure is followed and that all quality, health and safety company procedures are adhered.
11. Ensure operational paperwork is to corporate standards.
12. Prepare, organise and store information as per business policy and procedures
13. Liaise with subcontractors to ensure required training certificates are received in advance of site inductions.
14. Collate information throughout the project ready for O&M manuals
15. Ensure adequate stocks of PPE and stationery.
16. Initial contact with new visitors to site
17. Organisation of accommodation & Travel Arrangements
18. Manage the booking and use of meeting rooms
