Job Title: Preconstruction Manager

Job Purpose:
The MEP Preconstruction Manager will play a critical role in managing the preconstruction phase of projects, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Life Safety systems. This position ensures the seamless integration of MEP design elements with overall project goals including commercial targets, collaborating with third party consultancy teams, complying with latest edition building regulations and early procurement of materials and contractors to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Preconstruction Management:
* Lead MEP preconstruction activities, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to align MEP design with project objectives.
* Evaluate MEP design concepts for constructability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Design Development:
1. Oversee the development of MEP systems design, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.
