To maintain accurate electronic records in line with Trust policy.
To provide feedback to the team and others involved in the care regarding any observed changes in the client's mental state or social circumstances, analyzing immediate risks and taking appropriate action.
To offer telephone or face-to-face support for individuals in acute distress under the supervision of senior practitioners.
To deliver medication to clients.
To manage petty cash for client activities in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
To liaise with employment and benefit agencies to facilitate return to employment where possible.
To plan and organise daily work activities effectively and efficiently under the supervision of senior practitioners.
To provide advocacy or connect clients with advocacy organisations as appropriate.
To promote opportunities for service users to develop friendships with other citizens.
To support carers and provide signposting to appropriate support services, such as Gloucestershire Carers Hub.
Professional
To participate in regular supervision and annual appraisal.
To attend mandatory training sessions.
To work with supervisors to address any training needs.
