Paint Sprayer required to join a nationally renowned steelwork provider on a permanent basis. Overtime paid at a premium with Double time on Sundays, 33 days annual leave and with flexibility around working hours. Due to a growing order book that already stretches well into. We are looking to speak to Paint Sprayers who ideally, have previous metalwork experience. Both night shift and day shift work is available.
Paint Sprayer Benefits:
1. Starting hourly rate between £12.50 – £13.50
2. Regular overtime available at an uplifted rate. Time and third midweek, time and half on Saturday, double time on Sundays
3. 33 days annual leave
4. 37.5 hour working week Monday-Thursday 8 am – 4pm. Friday 8 am – 2pm

Paint Sprayer Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
7. Moving steel into the paint shop ready to paint
8. Paint spraying steel to a high standard in accordance with technical requirements
9. Loading steel ready for distribution
10. Liasing effectively with other teams within the Production Department.
11. Moving and Handling Steelwork safely and compliantly.
12. Operating Cranes
13. Using Forklift Trucks to move materials(training provided)
Paint Sprayer Skills & Key Competencies:
14. Ability to read lists and drawings and works instructions
15. Previous experience of paint spraying, not necessarily within structural steel e.g. could be car body shop spraying experience.
16. Previous experience of working in a manufacturing / production / engineering environment desirable but not essential
