This fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to lead operations for an established shopping centre that is planned to be redeveloped into residential use. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the centre running safely and efficiently during its remaining operational period. What you’ll be doing…
1. Oversee daily operations to keep the centre safe, clean, and running smoothly.
2. Manage contractors across hard and soft services, ensuring standards and records are maintained.
3. Maintain plant, machinery, and key systems, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
4. Lead on Health & Safety compliance, including fire safety, incident reporting, and insurance requirements.
5. Report on ESG, waste and energy performance, and ISO 14001 activity.
6. Manage purchase orders, approve invoices, and support budget control.
7. Liaise with tenants to ensure compliance and provide operational support.
