As our receptionist, you will: • Be responsible for greeting visitors and providing assistance in person, over the phone, and via email. • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting emails and promptly responding to inquiries. • Handle scheduling appointments and meetings. • Assist with data entry and record-keeping when needed to contribute to the seamless functioning of our office. • Support the administrative team by tackling ad-hoc tasks and projects with enthusiasm and efficiency. However, occasional travel to other University sites - particularly the Main Campus - may be required. An essential requirement of this position is the ability to travel to and work across multiple University locations and/or other business sites, some of which may not be easily accessible by public transport. Further details are outlined in the job description. This is a a fixed-term basis to cover a secondment until July 2027. Your working pattern will be during office open hours, as below: 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.00pm Friday Due to the nature of the role, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate working from home.
