Overview
Graduate IT Trainer role at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP. This full-time, permanent position is based in Newcastle with hybrid working. You should reside close enough to the office to visit a few days per week as per current practices.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Learning Technologies Team lead, you will facilitate change by delivering IT training and supporting the Firm's objectives. You will onboard and develop staff across all locations, including scheduling, delivering, and supporting IT training during inductions via virtual training rooms, and conducting group and one-on-one sessions. You will design and host engaging webinars through MS Teams, liaise with subject matter experts to curate training materials, and ensure IT systems are well documented.
You will manage and promote the Learning Management System, create video-based eLearning resources, maintain the IT Training SharePoint page, and coordinate user groups to gather feedback between end-users and IT/Project teams. In collaboration with the Service Desk, you will produce concise “Genius Bytes” guides, monitor course feedback via MS Forms, and contribute to IT project rollouts through targeted training and communications. You will provide application support as part of ITIL service processes and help shape future training strategies with the team lead. You will also propose ideas to enhance user engagement and adoption of IT systems.

Qualifications and requirements
* The soft skills to drive and deliver IT Training.
* Excellent working knowledge of Windows and O365.
* The ability to design and create engaging learning material in a variety of formats.
