Aramark UK is hiring a General Service Assistant to join our dedicated team at HMP Parc, Heol Hopcyn John, Bridgend CF35 6AP.
In this front-of-house role, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations—serving food and drinks, operating tills, maintaining clean and welcoming dining areas, and supporting both front and back-of-house teams. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service and report directly to the on-site General Manager.

What you’ll be doing:
* Serving food and beverages while ensuring top-tier customer service and compliance with health and safety standards.
* Operating tills, handling payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
* Keeping dining and service areas clean and well-stocked, supporting both front and back-of-house operations.
* Upselling products and ensuring smooth service delivery.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in customer-facing or food service roles is a plus—but full training will be provided
* Eligibility to work in the UK, with residency for the past 5 years
* Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
