Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Additional language skills would be beneficial in serving our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude
Manage check:in and check:out procedures efficiently
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information
Process payments and manage cash transactions with precision
Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Uphold the highest standards of phone etiquette when responding to calls
Assist in administrative tasks as required, including managing emails and correspondence

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
Excellent communication and guest service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for all visitors
Additional language skills would be an advantage
Proficient in phone etiquette and maintaining professionalism in all interactions

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
