The Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to sell sprinkler and mist systems, as well as complete retro-fit system sales across the UK. The role involves providing quotations, gathering feedback, assisting clients in negotiations, and building relationships with installers, clients, and industry leads.
Candidates must be UK residents living within commuting distance to Wakefield. We cannot offer visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead negotiations for product sales and collaborate with the General Manager on project quotes.
* Respond promptly to inquiries and convert them into sales.
* Ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries timely.
* Develop relationships with existing customers and industry specifiers.
* Coordinate with the sales team to meet customer expectations.
* Deliver product training and participate in ongoing development.
* Provide technical support and create detailed reports.
* Record opportunities in CRM and prepare monthly activity reports.
* Maintain professional engagement with all customer types.
Key Skills
* Technical sales experience; training provided.
* Experience in fire prevention and sprinkler sales preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
