Randstad Education is seeking compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistants to join supportive primary schools across Horley, Horsham, Haywards Heath, East Grinstead, and Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your passion for education to empower young learners and help them thrive in their academic and personal lives.
Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, your daily mission will be to support the classroom teacher and work directly with students. You’ll have a varied and rewarding role, including:
* Providing one-to-one and small-group support to help students with their learning.
* Helping to prepare the classroom and learning materials.
* Building a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
* Assisting with classroom management to ensure a positive and productive atmosphere.
* Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
What Were Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are passionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact. To be considered for this role, you should have:
* Previous experience working with children in a professional or voluntary capacity.
* The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
* A valid Enhanced DBS (we can help you with the application process).
* The right to work in the UK (No Sponsorship Provided).
