Primary Responsibilities:
* Making outbound calls to promote our products to new and existing customers. (Electrical Whole sale)
* Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
* Promoting new and existing products.
* Supporting promotional activities.
* Understanding customer requirements and close sales.
* Answer questions about products, pricing or the Company.
* Negotiate bulk or special package deals.
* Accurately and efficiently enter / maintain customer records on the CRM tool.
* Liaising with the external field sales team and other departments as necessary.
* Go the “extra mile” to meet and exceed sales targets and facilitate future sale.
