As a FPA operative, you will work as part of a team and report to the production foreman and branch manager. Your key responsibilities include manually loading timber components onto a panel machine, operating the machine to assemble panels, and lifting completed panels onto a loading pack while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
The successful candidate will possess attributes such as teamwork, initiative, motivation, energy, and a positive attitude.
