Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with operational teams to provide meaningful financial insights, support decision-making, and help drive continuous improvement across the business. About You
* You'll need to be either a qualified or finalist accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* You'll have experience with finance systems such as Oracle EBS or Hyperion
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong analytical ability with a commercial mindset and understanding of key business drivers
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
Key Responsibilities
* Cost reporting, providing clear and actionable insights
* Partnering with operational teams to enhance understanding of financial performance
* Produce and manage daily productivity and spend reporting
* Lead month end close including accruals and prepayments
* Support financial control activities, including balance sheet reconciliations
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
* Identify and implement improvements to reporting and financial processes
* Line manage and develop a junior team member
