Hard Services Manager – Brighton
 Location: Brighton
 Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
 Contract: Permanent
 
Our client, a leading facilities management provider, is seeking an experienced Hard Services Manager for a permanent position overseeing maintenance operations across multiple sites in the Brighton area.
 You will manage a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all hard services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with SLAs and compliance standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on manager with a strong electrical background and proven FM leadership experience.
 
Key Responsibilities
Oversee reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites
Lead and develop engineering teams and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory standards
Manage budgets, resources, and performance reporting
Optimise service delivery through CAFM systemsRequirements
Electrical qualifications (C&G 2360/2391 or equivalent)
Experience managing hard services within FM
Knowledge of compliance, testing, and inspection
CAFM experience (Concept, Maximo, etc.)
NEBOSH or equivalent desirableBenefits
