The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a KS2 pupil with ASD, providing tailored support to help them access learning and develop within a classroom environment. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver strategies that meet the child's individual needs and encourage positive engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children with complex needs. Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN, particularly ASD, is highly desirable.
