Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Pay: £10 - £12.21 per Hour *plus accrued holiday pay Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Zero hour contract - this gives you flexibility to work different shifts each week depending on the Nursery needs. Inside our nursery in Margate, you will find three thoughtfully designed rooms, each equipped with age-appropriate resources tailored to meet the developmental needs of every child. Townsend Montessori Nursery Margate is situated just a short walk from Margate town centre and Margate train station, on Cowper Road. Parking is available to the team on the roads close to the nursery. What Your Role Involves As a valued member of our team, you’ll: Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
